Today I've baked gooey chocolate brownies, a classic Victoria sponge cake, lemon cupcakes and oat biscuits ... all in preparation for taking into the office on Tuesday. My birthdays is always a busy baking time for me, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

Hey Sue, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, I just popped in to see what's been happening with you as I have seriously been out of the loop this year. How do you stay soooo slim with all that scrummy cooking you've been doing? Seriously some of the cakes look fabulous.
Hoping you and yours are doing okay, I am back out in France in September but maybe you, Selena and me can get together sometime this year just to catch up?
I've not really been in the gallery that much this year, so have only caught glimpses of what people are doing, work is busy (which is good) but I miss scrapping, all I've really had time for is birthday cards and letters.
